Dr Dave has 30 years experience working as a personal trainer. He has worked in performance, rehabilitation and weight loss settings. In the office, we commonly give exercises that support the treatment plan: such as core strengthening, posture neuromuscular reeducation, neck/LB rehabilitation, and various other physiotherapy specific exercises.
Dr Dave believes in a proactive approach. He enjoys helping patients transition into self care, supporting the patients custom needs. Exercise is fundamental for wellness and prevention.
